Asset Tracking

Know where every asset is — not just what's in stock.

Check equipment in and out, track its location indoors and outdoors, and schedule maintenance — without folding it into your sellable stock counts.

Track equipment the way you actually use it

Four workflows built for assets, not sellable stock.

01

Check-In / Check-Out Logging

Know who has which piece of equipment, and when it's due back, without a paper sign-out sheet.

02

Indoor & Outdoor Location Tracking

Locate high-value equipment across a site or a yard, indoors or outside, in real time.

03

Maintenance Scheduling

Get reminded before a service date is missed, based on usage or a fixed schedule.

04

Utilisation Reporting

See which assets are sitting idle and which are overused, before it costs you.

How it works

Assets aren't stock — so we don't treat them like it

Asset tracking answers a different question to inventory management: not "how many do we have to sell", but "where is this specific thing right now".

  • RFID tags built for repeated indoor and outdoor use
  • Geofenced alerts if a tagged asset leaves a defined area
  • Individual asset history: who used it, when, and any maintenance performed
  • Works alongside your existing barcode or RFID reader hardware

Frequently asked questions

Can't find what you're looking for? Get in touch and we'll walk you through it.

01What's the difference between asset tracking and inventory management?
Inventory management counts sellable stock levels. Asset tracking follows individual, reusable items like tools, equipment or vehicles that aren't sold.
02Is RFID better than barcode for asset tracking?
RFID doesn't need line of sight and can scan multiple tags at once, which suits high-volume equipment checks. Barcode works well for lower-cost, simpler tracking.
03Does it work outdoors, like on a construction site or in a yard?
Yes, indoor and outdoor tracking are both supported, with geofenced alerts if an asset leaves a defined area.
04Can it remind us about equipment maintenance?
Yes. Maintenance schedules can be set by date or by usage, with reminders before a service is due.
